We must move Detroit forward.
We can't continue to operate as in the past.
We don't have 2,000,000 in population anymore.
Detroit is already "downsized".
We cannot afford to stretch our 1st Responder services to almost empty areas.
20th century attitudes won't help in the 21st century.
Fewer but more populated and vibrant neighborhoods is a good thing.
We can and should "re-purpose" nearly vacant areas.
