President Barack Obama made a major speech on Tuesday, April 14 2009 at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. He outlined the challenges and successes of his economic plans, explaining clearly and succinctly what has happened in his first 12 weeks in office and what the American people can expect in the next months and years.
